CAROL ANN BEDA

 


Ms Beda began her civil service career with the Air National Guard Readiness Center at Andrews Air Force base where she held various civil and environmental engineering positions. In 1994, she joined the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA), providing resources, oversight, and guidance for the environmental cleanup and real property transfer for ten former Air Force bases. While with AFRPA, she also served as the Chief of the Environmental Programs and Plans Division for the Agency. In 2005, she moved to USAFE - United Kingdom and served as a Program Manager and DOD design and construction agent in the UK for all DoD Military Construction level projects in Denmark, France, Spain, Portugal and the UK. She followed this assignment to serve as the Director of the 7th Air Force Program Integration Office overseeing the full range of planning, programming, and engineering services applying departmental and host nation policies, regulations, and directives for the execution of a $750M base-wide expansion to beddown an Army helicopter unit on Kunsan AB. Prior to assuming her current position, she was the program Manager for the National Capital Region for the Capital Investment Management and Execution Divisions of the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE).
